I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. The hotel facilities were outstanding, especially the cleanliness and the location, which was close to a shopping mall and public transportation.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel's location is excellent as it is situated near a shopping mall and offers easy access to many attractions. the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is fantastic with plenty of variety. the staff is friendly and always willing to help. the hotel has great amenities and facilities, including a fitness center and a pool.
The hotel's English language skills are limited, which may make communication difficult for non-Portuguese speakers.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the shopping options nearby.
My new year experience here was disappointing. the hotel was advertised as being able to accommodate large groups, but it was barely able to handle the crowds.

The breakfast selection was quite impressive, with a lot of different items to choose from. The location was quite convenient, with shopping center nearby and easy access to the subway station. The service was good, and the staff was always ready to help with luggage.
The room was not very clean, and the housekeeping staff didn't do a very good job. The bed was uncomfortable, with a lot of noise when moving.
